Ruler offers call audio recording as part of our call tracking package. Please note in order to enable this feature you must have a pre connection message which clearly states you are recording calls. This can be a standard message or one provided by yourself.
There are a few different options available for recording your call audio.
Automatic Start
'Automatic Start', recording starts automatically. It can be stopped by pressing Zero(0) and restart by pressing Star(*).
Manual Start
'Manual Start', recording can be started by pressing Star(*) and stopped by pressing Zero(0).
