You can fire an offline event into your Facebook account using the Callers Phone number, whenever you receive a phone call from a Facebook marketing source.

Create an Offline Event in Facebook

You will need to create a Facebook event to fire the inbound call events to in your Facebook business account.

Notes - Your Event will only register in Facebook if the callers number matches a callers number belonging to a Facebook Account.

Once the event is set up, please let us know, we will then send you a link to connect up your Ruler and Facebook account to authorise the integration.
